Ozet
SPECTRE, bir askeri pilotu öldürdükten sonra, kendi adamını estetik ameliyatla onun yerine yerleştirir. Bu pilot, nükleer bomba yüküyle deneme uçuşları yapmakta olan özel bir bombardıman uçağıdır. Sahte pilot görevini başarıyla yerine getirir ve uçağı kaçırarak Pasifik'te bir ada yakınlarında denize indirir. SPECTRE 2 nükleer bomba ele geçirmiştir. İstedikleri fidye ödenmeze, bu bombalarla Amerika ve İngiltere'de birer şehri yok edeceklerini açıklarlar.
