Ozet
Fred Flarsky, işsiz bir gazetecidir. Kötü talihini benimseyen Flarsky, yıllardır çocukluk aşkını düşünerek ona sadık bir şekilde yaşamını sürdürüyordur. Ama çocukluk aşkı Charlotte Field gezegenin en güçlü kadınlarından biri konumundadır. Amerika Dışişleri Bakanı olan Charlotte, bunun üstüne bir de Amerika'nın Başkan koltuğuna oturmak için mücadele etmektedir.
