Ozet
Espirili kaptan Frank Wolff (Johnson) ve gözü pek araştırmacı Dr. Lily Houghton (Blunt), Amazon'un tehlikeli ama büyüleyici dünyasında unutulmaz bir yolculuğa çıkıyor. Lily, Londra'dan Amazon ormanlarına uzanan bir keşif için Frank'in külüstür teknesi La Quila ile anlaşır. Amacı, tıp dünyasını değiştirebilecek gizemli bir ağacın sırrını çözmektir.
