Ozet
İşte "insancıl" vampir Blade, yeniden görev başında! Yine tepelemesi gereken onlarca Şam Şeytanı, gulyabani ve ecinni vampirler, karanlıkta fink atmaktadır. En azılıları olan Reaper, vampirler arasında bile bir korku yaratan bir mutant vampirdir. Bir kaza sonucunda ortaya çıkmıştır ve sadece insanların değil vampirlerin de türünü sürdürmesi konusunda bir tehdit oluşturmaktadır. Yarı vampir-yarı insan olan vampir avcısı Blade ise tehlikenin farkındadır. Bu kez Whistler ve Scud gibi iki destekçisini yanına alarak oluşan bu büyük tehlikenin önünü kesmeye çalışacaktır.
