The Abyss

Ozet
Soğuk Savaş dönemi sırasında bir Amerikan nükleer denizaltısı bilinmeyen bir düşmanın saldırısına uğrar ve deniz tabanına oturur. Amerikan donanması yakınlardaki bir petrol istasyonunun çalışanlarından olayın sebebini araştırmalarını ister ve onlara destek olarak bir özel ekip ve yüksek teknolojiyle donatılmış bir araştırma denizaltısı gönderir. Elde ettikleri veriler ve tespitleri sonucunda ekip, kazanın sebebinin dünya dışı varlıkların saldırısı olabileceği yargısına varır fakat araştırmalarını ilerletebilmek için "Abyss" adı verilen derin sualtı kanyonuna girmek zorundalardır.

A fantastic movie ruined by the studio's shortsightedness. Be sure to watch James Cameron's version of this movie, aliens included, to get the full and best experience! The cinema release was a botch. The Abyss proves you can have a big action film that hits all the right marks with zero profanity!
