Ozet
Bir yetişkin olmasına rağmen hala ailesiyle yaşayan bir 'kaçık' olan Rupert Pupkin, pek yetenekli olmadığı halde bir gün ünlü bir komedyen olacağına inanmaktadır. İdolü ise komedi yıldızı Jerry Langford’dur. Pupkin, eğer bir gün Langford’un TV programına çıkmanın yolunu bulursa, şöhretin kapısının önünde açılacağına dair bir saplantıya da sahiptir.
