Ozet
Zach Cooper, New York'tan Maryland'in Greendale kasabasına taşındığında ilk başta çok mutlu değildir. Ancak yeni komşusu Hannah ve Champ ile kısa sürede arkadaş olur. Hannah'nın babası RL Stine ünlü Goosebumps serisinin yazarıdır. Ama bir gün Champ ve Zach, Stine'ın evinin bodrumundaki kütüphanede kilitli tuttuğu gerçekdışı canavarları yanlışlıkla serbest bırakınca amansız bir mücadele başlar. Canavarları durdurabilmek için kitaplardan bildikleri tüm ipuçlarını kullanmak zorunda kalacaklardır.
