Ozet
Michael Myers, yıllar sonra akıl hastanesinden kaçıp küçük kız kardeşi Laurie'yi bulmak için eve dönüp başarısızlığa uğramasının ardından amacına ulaşmak için bir kez daha katliamlarına devam ediyor. Abisinin saldırısının ardından Şerif Brackett tarafından bulunan Laurie, vakit kaybetmeden hastaneye götürülür. Aynı şekilde Michael'ın elinden kurtulmayı başaran Annie Brackett ve Dr. Loomis de aynı hastaneye götürülmektedir. Bu sırada başka bir ambulansta olan Michael kendine gelir ve kaçar. Hastanedeki Laurie ve diğerlerini bir sürpriz beklemektedir. Michael, hastanededir ve kardeşine ulaşana kadar önüne gelen herkesi öldürmekten çekinmeyecektir.
