Ozet
1921 senesinde Mısır’da geçen filmde İngiliz arkeologlar eski Mısır prensi Imhotep’in 3700 yıllık mumyasını bulurlar. Mezarda eski Mısır"ın bilgelik ve yazı tanrısı Thoth’a ait belgeler de bulunur. Genç bir arkeolog büyük bir hata yaparak belgede yazanları yüksek sesle okur ve mumya tekrar hayata döner. 10 yıl sonra Sir Joseph oğlu Frank’le bölgeye geri döner. Keşif grubunun içinde gizemli Mısırlı Ardath Bay’de vardır. Ardath Bay eski aşkının mezarını bulabilmek için keşif grubuna katılmış olan Mumya’dır. Eski aşkını hayata döndürmek için tüm güçlerini kullanmaya hazırdır
