Ozet
Apollo Creed'e karşı son dakika kararı ile kaybetmiş olsa da Rocky artık adını duyurmuş ve iyi bir yaşama kavuşmuştur. Adrian ile evlenen Rocky boksu bırakmış ve maçtan kazandığı parayı harcamaya başlamıştır. Ancak bir dizi düşük ücretli işte başarısız olduktan sonra, Rocky düzgün bir hayat yaşayabilmesinin tek yolunun tekrar boksa başlamak olduğunu fark eder. Öte yandan Creed, dövüşü kazanmış olsa da taraftarların büyük eleştirileri ile boğuşmaktadır. Creed bu eleştirileri bertaraf etmek için Rocky’e rövanş maçı teklif eder.
